About Diego

Diego Andrés Montes Olivar is a Venezuelan percussionist active as a soloist, orchestral musician, and collaborative artist. He has performed internationally with leading ensembles including the Simón Bolívar Symphony Orchestra and the Mahler Chamber Orchestra, under conductors such as Gustavo Dudamel and Sir Simon Rattle.

He currently serves as Principal Percussionist of the LaGrange Symphony Orchestra and is an educator, and producer committed to artistic excellence and international collaboration.
